Ryan Crosby

Ryan Crosby is an operations and customer experience leader with a decade of experience across healthcare, technology, and early-stage startups, currently serving as Porchlight Health’s Director of Customer Care. He is passionate about creating systems that make care easier to access, a focus shaped by years of working directly with patients, support teams, and communities facing barriers to services.

Ryan has led major initiatives in call-center operations, workflow design, and platform implementation, helping organizations scale while maintaining a human-centered approach. His experience includes leadership roles at DoorDash, Indeed, and mission-driven healthcare organizations where he strengthened retention, improved service delivery, and supported underserved populations, particularly with the LGBTQIA+ and justice-involved communities. 

Carmen Pack

With over 20 years of medical management experience, Carmen brings a collaborative and team-oriented approach to her role as Director of Medical Services at Porch Light Health. She is dedicated to fostering strong relationships both within the organization and with the patients we serve in the community.

Carmen provides visionary leadership by aligning health programs with organizational goals, ensuring operational excellence, and building a culture of continuous improvement. She is skilled in program development, quality assurance, and strategic planning, with a proven ability to oversee complex healthcare operations while supporting clinical teams.

Her career includes nearly two decades as Practice Manager at Healing Arts Family Medicine, where she gained extensive experience in medical operations, staff training, crisis intervention, and outpatient addiction program management. She is also an experienced Medical Assistant and can perform phlebotomy, injections, patient care assistance and proficient with EMR systems.

Carmen thrives both as an independent leader and as a cross-functional team contributor, ensuring high standards of care and effective program delivery.

Tyler Hale

Tyler Hale began his career in addiction treatment after overcoming a decades-long struggle with substance use and achieving long-term recovery. Guided by a deep personal commitment to helping others, he has built a diverse and progressive career across clinical outreach, admissions, client services, and program operations within reputable addiction and behavioral health organizations.

Tyler has served in key leadership roles—including Program Director, Admissions Director, and Director of Outreach—where he has been responsible for developing referral networks, strengthening clinical partnerships, supporting families through the admissions process, and enhancing access to high-quality care. He is known for his ability to bridge clinical teams with community partners, lead with empathy, and advocate for ethical, patient-centered treatment.

Originally from Chicago, Tyler earned his B.S. in Sociology and Bioethics from Loyola University Chicago. Before entering the behavioral health field, he spent several years building a successful career in the tech sector. Today, as Director of Medical and Behavioral Health Partnerships at Porch Light Health, Tyler continues to leverage both his lived experience and professional expertise to expand access to compassionate, evidence-based addiction and mental health care.

Shelly Galvin

Shelly Galvin is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience leading high-growth, mission-driven organizations across behavioral health, addiction treatment, and consumer health services. As Chief Customer Officer at Porch Light Health, Shelly oversees all front-door functions that connect individuals to care, including outreach and business development, community services, the regional call center, and enterprise marketing. Her leadership is centered on creating seamless, patient-first pathways into treatment and building integrated systems that strengthen access, consistency, and quality across all markets.

Before joining Porch Light Health, Shelly spent nearly six years with Discovery Behavioral Health, where she served as Senior Vice President of Admissions and previously as Vice President of Marketing & Brand Experience. In these roles, she led national call center operations, digital transformation initiatives, brand development, and multi-site growth strategies across more than 120 programs nationwide. Her earlier career includes senior leadership positions with Eating Recovery Center, AdvantageCare Physicians, IntegraMed America, and WebMD, where she built and scaled marketing, communications, and customer experience functions during pivotal organizational growth periods.

Shelly is known for her ability to unite teams, simplify complexity, and build operational systems that support meaningful, measurable patient access. She is passionate about connecting people to life-changing care and shaping organizations that deliver on that promise.

She lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and enjoys hiking, writing, travel, and time with her family — especially her two grown sons.

Loretta Buckman

Loretta Buckman is a seasoned financial and operational executive with over two decades of experience leading finance functions across a wide range of industries and business models, from early-stage startups to complex turnarounds and high-growth enterprises. With a foundational background in Big 4 public accounting and a career spanning CFO, VP Finance, Controllership, and COO advisory roles, she brings a rare combination of strategic insight and hands-on operational expertise to the boardroom.

He/she/they offer deep capabilities in financial planning and analysis, M&A due diligence and integration, capital raising, treasury and cash flow management, and risk oversight. A proven leader in designing and optimizing financial systems, controls, and processes, she has a strong track record of delivering clean audits, enhancing P&L performance, and driving sustainable value creation.

In addition to core finance, Loretta has led initiatives across human resources, supply chain management, contract negotiation, and enterprise system implementations. Known for a lean finance approach, operational discipline, and the ability to navigate both domestic and international business environments, she is particularly effective in guiding organizations through growth, change, and strategic inflection points.

CPA exam passed (Colorado), with board-relevant experience in governance, compliance, audit management, and stakeholder engagement.

John Romero

John Romero is a dedicated professional with an unwavering commitment to human services and addiction treatment. With a career spanning nearly two decades, John embodies a passion for creating impactful change and fostering innovation.

His journey began in 2004 when he acquired his first addiction counselor certification. Since then, John has ascended through various roles, starting as a case aide, progressing to a counselor, and eventually assuming leadership positions as a practice manager and director. Notably, he has spearheaded the establishment of multiple treatment agencies and garnered recognition for his award-winning programs.

In 2019, John joined Front Range Clinic, where his multifaceted expertise has seen him serve as a therapist, program director, and instrumental in the creation of an intensive outpatient program. His journey continued as he assumed roles of increasing responsibility, including Western Region Manager, Administrative Director, and now holds the pivotal position of Director of Innovation and IT.

In his current capacity, John focuses on driving innovation by shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and thinking methodologies. He’s committed to fostering a culture of innovation, refining existing processes, and pioneering new products and services that further the mission of Front Range Clinic.

John holds a Master of Arts degree and is actively pursuing a Master of Science in Data and Analytics from the IT Department at CSU, enhancing his ability to leverage cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights in his pursuit of innovative solutions.

His dedication to leveraging technology, coupled with his deep-rooted understanding of human services and addiction treatment, positions John Romero as a visionary leader dedicated to revolutionizing the landscape of care and support for those in need.

Rachel Hoff

Rachel Hoff has her undergraduate in Human Resource Management.  She has been practicing HR since 2006 and has worked in many different industries such as Logistics, Packaged Goods, Software & Technology, and Healthcare.  Rachel’s main responsibility is to be a voice for our employees and to motivate our teams to consistently achieve our goals and objectives.  She has recently moved to Colorado from Nebraska and is enjoying taking in all the new surroundings.  

Steve Carleton

Steve Carleton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addictions Specialist. He has been practicing in the field of substance use, trauma, and mental health since 2007. Steve is a leader in the mental and health substance space, an individual therapist, spokesperson, facilitator, and expert witness. Steve is a professor at the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work. He provided 10 years of service for the Department of Veterans Affairs and was the Chief Clinical Officer for Gallus Detox, a cutting-edge medical drug and alcohol detox facility.

Doug Weiss

Doug is a successful PE portfolio, Inc 5,000 and Fortune 250 executive with over 30 years of experience in consumer-focused, market-driven companies in consumer services, healthcare and business services (loyalty, insurance) verticals. Doug has served as a C-suite executive for the last 20 years, with a track record of driving profitable growth demonstrated by four successful go private and recap exits of 20%+ share price and 15X+ EBITDA. Doug has a proven track record in leading multi-site healthcare leadership in: eating disorders, 28 programs, 5,500 patients; primary care, 38 locations 1MM visits; infertility, 45 locations, 25% of IVF in US; Cosmetic Surgery, 48 locations; Vein Therapy, 58 locations; Massage, 78 locations.

Doug holds a BA, cum laude, from Middlebury College, an MBA in Healthcare Management from The University of Connecticut and has completed several executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Dartmouth’s Tuck School.

Pedro Tomasel

Pedro graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s in Anthropology, and he has a particular interest in medical anthropology and analytics. Of Argentinian descent and fluent in Spanish, his bi-cultural background makes him appreciate Front Range Clinic’s approach of providing high-access, low-barrier, and culturally inclusive care. While Pedro supports many aspects of the operation of the FRC, his focus is on the management of our state-of-the-art diagnostics laboratory. In his spare time, he is a big soccer fan and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Dayna DeHerrera-Smith

Dayna is tasked with building and maintaining community partnerships. Dayna has a Master’s of Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health and has enjoyed bringing a public health perspective to Front Range Clinic and the clients. She is passionate about access to treatment and harm reduction practices. She wears many hats at FRC, but all her jobs are based on ensuring that FRC clients receive the best care possible.

Patricia “Trish” Malouff

Trish has been with Front Range Clinics since its start in 2014. She received her degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of New Mexico. Trish ensures facility needs are met and assists in clinic expansion. She is passionate about the mission and ensures that the foundation of FRC remains compassionate and accessible.  

Scott Ziegler

Scott graduated with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota after serving five years in the US Air Force. In 2009, he completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Walden University. Scott brings twenty years of management and executive experience in multiple organizations focusing on Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Business Development across the healthcare marketplace. He is passionate about Front Range Clinic’s mission and is focused on expanding its outreach to those in need.

Jeremy Dubin

Dr. Dubin graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in 2002 and completed his Family Medicine Residency in Colorado Springs, CO in 2005. Dr. Dubin has been board-certified in Addiction Medicine since 2006 and teaches locally, nationally, and internationally in the field of Addiction Medicine. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in the Department of Family Medicine and a Clinical Faculty Adjunct at Rocky Vista College of Osteopathic Medicine (RVCOM).  He is a past member of the Opioid Advisory Panel in the Office of Behavioral Health for the state of Colorado.

Dr. Dubin is proud to be behind the over 35 medical providers at Front Range Clinic who challenge stigma and remove barriers daily to provide nonjudgmental, up-to-date medical care.

Dr. Dubin is an official U.S. Ski Team Physician and a past NAUI Scuba Instructor.

Clark McCoy

Dr. Clark S. McCoy is board-certified in Addiction Medicine, Family Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. Clark is the Chief Strategy Officer of Front Range Clinic with multiple locations, including Fort Collins, Greeley, and Longmont, Colorado.

In 1994, Dr. McCoy graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin with honors in Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He has work experience in Emergency Medicine, Inpatient medical consulting, Urgent Care, Family Practice, and Clinic Management. In 2014, Dr. McCoy founded Front Range Clinic.
